Coaching Services

1-1 Coaching

The initial engagement is typically three months and includes up to six 1-hour sessions. Based on your preference, coaching sessions are set up as calls or video conferences. In-person can be arranged. Throughout the coaching period, I am available for support via text, emails or calls. Each session will include bespoke action steps and practices designed to support reaching your coaching goals.

After the initial engagement, coaching is structured to suit your needs. Bi-monthly coaching sessions may continue, move to a monthly schedule, or be scheduled at your convenience.

Pricing depends on your professional level and whether this is initiated personally or through your organization.

Change Leadership coaching recognizes these types of challenges are part of the change journey. We zoom in on the challenge at hand and partner with you to identify strategies to expand your effectiveness and realize the changes you want to bring about.

What is the Enneagram?

The Enneagram decodes how you operate in the world. How you perceive and make sense of the world around you; what you pay attention to and what you don’t. How you get things done, how you relate to others, and how you navigate change. It surfaces your habitual ways of thinking, feeling, and acting.

Clients receive an iEQ9 report and participate in a guided coaching process which explores the Enneagram assessment and includes reflections; practical tips and development strategies.

The Enneagram shows diverse leadership patterns and invites you to step into your own power through a unique development path, rather than trying to emulate others. The Enneagram coaching supports growth in collaboration, influencing, listening, conflict resolution, and inclusive engagement.

Facilitation

Through the course of the change journey, there may be inflection points where you would benefit from an outside perspective with specialized expertise in surfacing the invisible.

Facilitation Examples

  • Facilitated sessions to surface hidden assumptions, stories, and legacy ways of doing things to disrupt old business models.
